Website content is for general information. It is not a binding offer, price list, or guarantee of availability, timeline, or result.

2. Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting a form, calling, or messaging on WhatsApp is a request for information, not a contract.
• A project starts only after a written quotation is issued and you accept it in writing (including WhatsApp or email confirmation where we agree that method).
• Site visits are typically free for genuine renovation enquiries in Dubai. We may decline or reschedule visits that are outside our service area or not a genuine project enquiry.
• Estimates given before a site visit are indicative only.

3. No guarantee of advertising or ranking results

Nothing on this website promises a specific number of leads, Google ranking, or project outcome from visiting the site. Project quality, approvals, and timelines depend on the agreed scope, site conditions, and client decisions.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

You confirm that details you submit (name, phone, property location, and project notes) are accurate so we can contact you and assess the work. Do not submit another person’s data without their permission.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, photographs, and project images belong to Highcon or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for another business without written permission. Project photos show completed work and must not be presented as your own.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, injecting malware, or attempting to access non-public systems).
• Do not submit abusive, false, or unlawful content through forms.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, or document downloads. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

If you enter a renovation contract with us, that contract (scope, BOQ, drawings, and conditions) controls the project, not these website terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a later project contract says otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will be revised when we do.
